Trygg Thermo 01

Trygg Thermo 01

5,000 NOK

Trygg Thermo 01 is our first low-volume batch of ShelterWear — protective gear carried like equipment and used when weather, cold, or exposure demand more than clothing alone.

It combines elements of a poncho, bivy bag, wind shelter, and emergency layer in one system. This batch is released to a limited number of early users before wider launch, with feedback helping shape the next generation.

Features

Specifications

One product - Six modes

Trygg changes shape and function to meet your needs in the field. By replacing several single-purpose items, it lightens your pack, reduces bulk, and keeps you organized on the move.

MODE 01 - PONCHO

Unlike other wind sacks or ponchos, Trygg is worn like a long anorak — not just draped. With a tailored shoulder fit, adjustable waist, and insulated hood, it's designed for active use in camp or in motion

MODE 02 - WINDSACK

MODE 03 - BIVOUAK

MODE 04 – STRETCHER

MODE 05 - UNZIPPED

MODE 06 - MULTI-MODE

Six modes. One system.

Trygg Thermo is designed to adapt to changing conditions without adding complexity or extra equipment. Each mode serves a specific purpose, allowing you to shift between movement, rest, protection, and emergency use using the same system.

Instead of carrying separate solutions, you adjust the configuration to match the situation. This reduces load, simplifies decisions, and ensures you always have protection available when conditions change.

01 field note:

The current tie-out points are not intended for stretcher use except in emergency situations. Through testing, we have found that this function needs further development before it can be considered a primary carry or evacuation feature.

For the next generation, we are especially reviewing the hood area, overall design complexity, packed volume, and weight. Your feedback will help us understand what should be simplified, strengthened, or removed.
