We build gear meant to be used, last, and stand behind it. All UR-branded products come with a Lifetime Warranty. By lifetime, we mean the expected life of the gear — not your lifetime — even though some of it might outlive us all.
If your gear fails because of a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it for as long as it makes sense. If something breaks that shouldn’t, we’ll fix it. If it wears out from real use in real conditions, it has done its job.
If your gear has barely been used and is still waiting for its story, we offer a fair exchange for up to five years. That way, it can serve someone who needs it. We trust you. And you can trust us.
