We also accept barter because we believe in value beyond money. It’s a way of living rooted in how our forefathers survived, built on trust, mutual respect, and shared resources.
Gear for Good
Even if your old cover no longer holds much value for you, it can still make a real difference to someone else. We partner with an organization that gives functional gear a second life, offering the homeless something far better than a blanket and something that keeps them warm when it matters most.
When you trade in a used but functional cover from Jerven, Helsport, or Dovrefjell, you’ll receive 1,000 NOK off a new ShelterWear from us. The gear gets a new home, and together we support those who truly need it.
Hunters Barter Deal
We accept up to one-third of a product’s value in meat. The price per kilo is agreed in advance through direct dialogue, and in return, you’ll receive a voucher to use toward your purchase. You trust us, and we trust you. If you say your harvest has been properly handled and stored, we take your word for it.
