Why We Do Things Differently

While most return and refund policies sound generous, they’re designed to fail, and to make returns painful. You’re expected to keep the packaging flawless, never remove a tag, and never truly test the gear. Then comes the form, often manual. You buy new packaging, pay for shipping, visit a drop-off point, and wait for someone to approve the return. One mistake — a crease, a missing tag — and you’re stuck with the misfit.

Your 100-Day Trail Trial

Nature is our fitting room, and you are our storefront. Because gear can’t be tested indoors, and because your honest feedback is what we live for. You should feel confident that your gear fits your needs and delivers the expected experience. If not, you can return it. 100 days gives you the time you need to get out there and give it a real try.

We deliver our products without hang-tags or plastic packaging that must remain intact to allow returns. Instead, you receive your order in circular, eco-friendly RePack packaging, pre-paid for return.

Your 5-Year Exchange Promise

Our gear does not belong in a closet. That is not a full life for equipment built for the wild. If your UR gear has not been used as much as intended, and you see another product in the range that suits your needs better, we offer a fair-price exchange for up to five years. No forms. No judgment. Just a second chance for the gear to do what it was built to do.
